The car control service window accepts and examines the application

1.One-time notification of missing information

2.Denial of applications that do not meet the conditions

If the application conditions are met, the application will be submitted to the provincial car control leading group office for initial review

The applicant goes back to his/her place of origin to obtain a Registration Certificate for Household Relocation

After passing the initial review, the staff of the provincial car control leading group office will give a final review on the application

If the application passes the final review, the provincial car control office will immediately issue car indicator documents, and the applicant can login onto his/her personal account on www.hnjdctk.gov.cn to print the car indicator certificate for handling the relevant car registration procedure
