The district-level government service center receives and examines the application (5 working days)

1.One-time notification of missing information/materials

2.Denial of applications that do not meet the conditions

Approval (within 5 working days)

Completion (within 5 working days)

Public Disclosure (not less than 5 working days)

If there are no objections raised or if objections are found to be invalid after public disclosure, the district-level human resources and social security bureau will transfer the subsidy funds to the account of the employer or individual business owner
