1.The employer applies on behalf of the applicant for a work permit and work-type residence permit via the online application system and uploads the required documents.

2.Acceptance and Preliminary Review（1 working day）

The application undergoes preliminary review. The employer will be notified at this stage if any additional information or materials are required. After all required information is submitted, the application will pass the preliminary review stage and continue to the following stages.

3.Secondary Review（1 working day）

4.Final Decision and Approval（1 working day）

5.Once the application is approved, a decision on granting a work permit will be made, the employer will be notified, and the applicant or the employer’s designated representative shall submit the applicant’s original paper application materials in person at the application window for verification. Following verification, the work permit will be issued on the spot.

If the application is denied, a decision on not granting the work permit will be made and reasons given.
