On the morning of November 18th, the 2024 Haikou Industry Investment Conference, themed "Building a Free Trade Port Together · Sharing a New Future," took place at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. Luo Zengbin, standing member of the CPC Hainan Provincial Committee and Secretary of CPC Haikou Municipal Committee attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
A total of 94 projects were signed on-site, with a total investment exceeding 40 billion yuan. These included projects from Fortune Global 500 and China Top 500 companies, as well as state-owned enterprises such as COSCO Shipping, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), Delong Steel, Youhe Group, Huayuan, China Southern Airlines, China Minmetals, and CITIC Financial Leasing. Additionally, there were projects from industry-leading companies like Bitmain, British Intelligent Sensor Systems, and Hong Kong-based Weijian Pharmaceuticals, covering fields such as advanced manufacturing, biomedicine, digital economy, modern services, international trade, and headquarters economy. The event also released 14 industry investment opportunity projects, extending a cordial invitation to investors from home and abroad.
