According to Haikou Customs, over the past eight months, China's southernmost province of Hainan saw an increase in trade with the League of Arab States (which has 22 member countries). Total imports and exports between the two sides were valued at 14.4 billion yuan ($1.97 billion), a year-on-year increase of 28.6%.
